A Reader Needs Your Urgent Advice.

Please it's really important that's why I'm asking.
 I have been dating this guy for sometime now and he stays in the US, we've never met, but we're so close, we talk almost everyday on phone.
  I speak with his family, they send me stuffs and all that, that's how far and deep we've gone, now he's ready to take things further, like wants me to come to the USA for Vacation!
 And I know a friend in the navy who can help and has told me the necessary documents he's supposed to send and he said fine, he'll send them before December ending!

Now my worry is
1.I've never travelled out of Nigeria, though I do the normal local flight a lot. Will I be given a Visa, since I've never travelled international?
2.Is 600k enough to tender as my statement of account at the embassy because that's what I've got in my account  or I should get a sponsor? even though the invitation letter he's sending states that he will be responsible for everything about me during my stay in the USA.
3. I'm suppose to undergo a surgery in India for January, meaning I'll have a dubai pass and India visa, is that going to give me an edge at the embassy?
 Please I really need to know, I'm looking forward to helpful comments and suggestions, I really do need a break!
